A specialist in leasing and property management, Ms. Edwards brings 12 years experience to Egenbacher Real Estate. Prior to joining the company, she held several roles with Macerich; a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust, negotiating multiple deals across a diverse portfolio of 72 centers in 18 states.
Ms. Edwards has a strong user-oriented approach to providing client services and is committed to achieving each client's long and short-term objectives by sound strategy development evident in the 750 leases executed over her career.
She thrives on the opportunity to satisfy her clients with attention to detail, strong work ethic and dedication. One of the 40 finalists in the 2009 Young Professionals of Greater Lubbock "Top 20 Under 40", Ms. Edwards' outgoing personality and quick wit make her a favorite among clients and associates alike.
A native West Texan, graduate of Texas Tech and 2006 recipient of the Volunteer Center of Lubbock's Get Involved Award, Ms. Edwards believes in community. She has been an active member of Junior League of Lubbock since 1998, a staunch supporter and committed volunteer of Lubbock Area United Way for more than 20 years along with numerous other organizations making her town a better place to live.
She resides in Lubbock with husband, Chris and daughter, Anne.
