Mrs. Welch joins Egenbacher Real Estate with an extensive background in marketing, advertising and project planning. She previously held a Marketing Services Analyst position at the RadioShack corporate office in Ft. Worth, Texas. Her chief responsibilities included the management and implementation of national print advertising, in-store promotions, oversight of the advertising budget, and brand management for all 4600+ RadioShack retail locations across the world.
Prior to her experience at RadioShack, Mrs. Welch was the Marketing Director for Intrust Mortgage, a full-service mortgage company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. This position at Intrust allowed her to enhance her skills at planning and implementing marketing campaigns, advertising strategies, and special events, and provided her with an in-depth knowledge of maintaining a company website.
During her four years in college, Mrs. Welch played NCAA Division 1 soccer and ran cross-country. Mrs. Welch continues to play soccer for an indoor league and enjoys spending time with her husband, Wes.
